Shipping Information

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. This will normally be within 72 hours of receipt of your payment for any mainland UK address. Items for delivery to addresses outside the UK will be lodged with the UK Royal Mail service (or similar) within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. We cannot confirm a time for delivery.

If you choose PayPal as your preferred payment method there may be a delay of up to 4 working days before shipping whilst we await the completion of the PayPal funds transfer. The primary payment option via our secure payment system does not incur such delays.

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated according to country of delivery and will be added before final payment is requested.

Shipping of digital goods (downloads) is immediate on receipt of authorised card payment.

• UK orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days
• International orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days
• Some destinations may take more than 10 working days

Returns Information

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us by post for a replacement or refund. The refund policy is shown below. Kielder Computers Ltd are based in the EU and you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer).

The cost and responsibility for returning the package safely lies with the customer. We recommend use of a secure signed for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery. Return the product in its original packaging, including all contents, including packing slip.

Refund policy

Shipping costs are not refundable. Payment plan administration fees are not refundable. A re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the gross order value is deductable from the refund amount. The re-stocking fee may vary according to the condition of the returned goods and the costs incurred by Kielder Computers Limited shipping the goods to the customer.

For colour supplies, a refund is only available when the wrapper seals have not been broken.

Availability

We try to make sure we only show items on the site if they are currently available. If you place an order for something which isn't available we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible after you place your order. All orders are subject to availability.

Security and Privacy

Improvability uses a "secure" server so your credit card information is protected.

We do not hold your payment details on file. Once we have processed your order we erase your information. This increases our security, as if we do not have this information, it cannot be read by anyone else.

Pricing Information

All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing. Kielder Computers Limited is a UK-based business. All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are quoted exclusive of VAT sales tax unless stated otherwise. Taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

European (EU) customers pay VAT (sales tax). VAT is itemised and automatically added at the checkout for EU customers only. A VAT invoice is available on request for EU customers.

Customs Taxes

International customers may be liable for import taxes. These are duties levied by your own government's Customs office. Contact your local Customs Tax Office for details prior to purchase.

Currency Conversion
