"Just to say your day has transformed my life. Not in a radical way but more in now I understand why I've felt good in certain things. It explains it all.

Had the hair dyed darker with plum highlights, bought some shocking pink and fuscia and have to say I feel very good in pink!! It's a fab business colour for me. Chucked out most of the warm colours. Shopping is a breeze now. Black and white is my new friend. I could bore you endlessly.

Steve is taking it at a slower pace. Having difficulty with getting the colours but like me it's stopped him buying for style only and not colour. So he hasn't bought much. Still summer is coming so he'll probably have a shopping spree soon. I think he'll have to think about made-to-measure or a trip to Italy to shop but he hasn't got though that hurdle yet. He takes his swatches with him when he goes shopping!

"It has been a very heartening experience! Just to say thanks again for a lovely (and enlightening!) afternoon last week. It's definitely helping change things - I was taken out for a meal last night and chose to dress for myself for a change! Thanks to you, and your excellent advice I wore a raspberry cami top which I love (and my husband always says, "You always wear that."), under a winter white fine linen top I've had lurking in the wardrobe for ages (cost me a bomb and haven't ever worn it cos it's pretty see-through on its own), and a navy blue velvet jacket which hasn't seen the light of day since I left sixth form.
