all customers?

How do I read an e-Book?
To read an e-Book, you must have an e-Book reader. A reader is the free
software that must be installed on the computer or device to which
you download your e-Book in order to read it. You can purchase an e-Book
from us at any time, but you must have a reader installed on your computer
before you can view an e-Book you have bought. You can download Adobe
Reader for free at www.adobe.com.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email message containing
a link to follow. This link will take you to a page where you can download
the e-Book that you've purchased to your installed reader. (If you misplace
the e-mail containing this link, don't worry, you can get to the download
page by requesting a new email from us. To do that, just contact enquiries@kieldercomputers.co.uk
with your order details.
How long will my e-Book download link
be valid?
We guarantee that your download link will be valid for 24 hours from
the time you purchase your e-Book. Of course, once you download your
e-Book, it will automatically be saved to your Adobe Reader Library so
that you can read your e-Book whenever you like. Once you receive your
email with the download link in it, we recommend that you download your
e-Book so that you can begin reading it immediately.
What if I lose my e-Book download link?
If you lose the email containing your e-Book download link, don't worry,
you can get to the download page by requesting a new email from us.
To do that, just email enquiries@kieldercomputers.co.uk with your order

e-Book reader?
The first time you download Adobe Reader, you will be asked to certify
it. Activation and certification are similar to the activation process
you might follow when you get a new credit card, it allows you to make
transactions.
For Adobe Reader, once the installation of the software is complete,
an icon should appear on your desktop. Double-click the icon to open
Adobe Reader. You will be asked to certify the reader the first time
you use it. Simply click the "Certify Now" button to certify
Adobe Reader.

a DRM configuration that dictates the number of downloads that can
be performed, and whether or not the printing and forwarding of this
material is allowed (irrespective of whether or not it is reference
material). Some publishers are prepared to let their e-Books be printed
or copied, others are not, Kielder Computers Ltd currently allows its
e-Books to be copied and printed.

include a 14 day 100% customer guarantee.
