What is colour analysis?

Colour analysis always comes down to the tone of your skin, hair and eyes. You have either warm tones (golden or honey) or cool tones (rose pink or blue).

You will be able to wear your best colours next to your face, as in a blouse or a dress. Other colours will be classified as being suitable for jackets, coats, skirts and accessories. Some shades may well not suit you at all and these will all be pointed out to you. You will also be shown how to wear any colour that you want to (though quite why you would want to waste your time wearing something that doesn't immediately make you look wonderful is utterly beyond me!).

What can colour analysis do for me?

Wearing the right colours and styles will make you look healthy, marvellous, capable and fabulous. You will feel totally confident about the way you look and other people will be be impressed by how you look - your boss, a prospective partner, your friends and family, the list is endless.

What constitutes a style class?

Discover how to choose the styles that suit your body shape and scale, and those that reflect your unique personality. We will identify which shapes suit you and which to avoid. We will look at necklines, hem lengths, hairstyles and accessories. You will take away a workbook containing all the information relevant to your own personal style profile.

What is covered in the image workshop?

Discover how to adapt your style for every occasion and how to use accessories easily and effectively to make you look terrific. We'll take a look at your existing wardrobe and identify what you really need for everyday living. Whether you love or hate shopping, learn how to shop effectively within your budget. Find out which accessories suit you and how to wear them with confidence.

And the most exciting part? Learning how to adapt your style personality to cater for every occasion. You'll notice how people begin to treat you with more respect and courtesy when you look fabulous.

Who are the courses for?

Any lady who would like to improve herself, of any age, colour, creed, or nationality. Bring your friends! Or come on your own, and meet new friends.

We cater for specialised groups, too. For instance, a group of young ladies who are in their last year at school/college/university might like to consider a Colour or Style class to help them plan confidently for interviews and organise a wardrobe for the workplace. Where are they held? And when?

Organised workshops for small groups are held in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, UK. Or you may wish to host your own at home or on your own premises, or perhaps you'd prefer to use a good hotel (or similar) in a city or town centre near to you. These provide ample parking, good refreshment facilities, and can often provide you with easy access to a shopping mall or centre close by - you can then dash off and put into practise what you have learnt!

Why should I come to a workshop?

I thought colour analysis, etc. was only available in a one-to-one consultation?

Other image consultants offer one-to-one consultations in colour, style, etc. I am the only Image Consultant in the UK offering these workshops. I used to find it incredibly frustrating sometimes working with just one lady in a one-to-one consultation; a group environment allows everyone to see immediately why some colours and styles look so much better on others - and why. You learn about each other, and from each other - a great way to spend a day improving your confidence and how to look fabulous.

Do you offer the same courses for the corporate sector?

Corporate workshops/seminars on any topic can be tailored for ladies only, men only, or mixed groups. Obviously, talking about ladies' wobbly bits will be appropriate in a ladies-only Style class but not for a mixed group!

I've already had my colours 'done'. Why should I come on a workshop?

A colour workshop with me will also look at the Tone of your skin. Are you Cool, Warm, Bright, Muted, Light or Deep? If you've already had your colours analysed using the Seasonal method, this workshop will update your season and add lots of interesting new tonal information, too.

How can I be sure that I'll enjoy the session and get value for money?

We offer a no risk, 100% guarantee. If, by the first coffee break of any workshop, you are not happy for any reason, then we will refund your fees, no questions asked.

I'd prefer a one-to-one consultation. Is that possible?

Of course. If you'd feel more comfortable, we can certainly arrange a one-to-one consultation.
