However, I must warn you - this isn't just the usual run-of-the-mill
online colour analysis. Most just ask you to identify the colour of your
eyes, hair and skin tone, and then send you a standard pre-formatted
reply based on one of four choices - you are either a Spring, Summer,
Autumn or Winter. You then receive exactly the same information as the
rest of the world. But surely you're looking for information that will
help you look and feel better about you, yourself, you - aren't you?

This is not a computer-generated analysis
I do the analysis myself (I must be mad but I love it!). Once I receive
your completed questionnaire and photo, I will book time in my diary
to spend entirely on you, and will then produce a personalised Colour
Portfolio just for you. I will email you with the date in my diary and
will let you know when to expect the final Portfolio. I hope you'll understand
that this could take some time and not to expect overnight results -

Your online personal colour analysis - how it
works
Colour analysis questionnaire
When you purchase your online personal colour analysis from Improvability
you will be asked to complete a specially-designed colour analysis
questionnaire. This is NOT a computer-generated analysis. I will personally
pore over your answers and photograph and create a Colour Portfolio
especially for YOU.

You will be asked to give answers in the following 7 sections of the
questionnaire:
- Your personal and contact information
This will tell me whether you are a lady or gentleman, which age bracket
you are in, and your current occupation. You'll also tell me whether
you are sending a photo or not.
- Your eye colour
You will be asked to select the eye colour closest to your own from
a choice of 14. Please don't guess - look at yourself closely in
a mirror and, if you're absolutely stuck, ask a friend to give you
their opinion.
- Your real hair colour
You will be asked to select the shade closest to your real hair colour
from a choice of 20. If you can't remember what your real colour
is, then search out some old photos of when you were a teenager or
ask a family member to remember for you.
- Your current hair colour
... because it may just be different!
- Your skin tone
You'll give me lots of information about your skin tone, colouring
and complexion by answering these 6 questions.
- Your perception of colour
Everyone has an inclination towards certain colours. You may hate a
particular shade of green because that reminds you of your school
uniform. You may, on the other hand, love daffodil yellow because
it brings back memories of family picnics in the countryside. You
may love a particular colour and be unable to say why! No problem!
Just answer these 3 questions to help me understand YOUR perception
of colour.
- Your colour personality
This is the fun bit! I firmly believe that your psychological and your
physiological colouring are intrinsically linked. My analysis of
your answers to the 6 Colour Personality questions will be included
in your portfolio and will give you some interesting food for thought!

I strongly suggest that you should be certain before answering the questions
about your eyes, hair and skin tone. So, it may be worth printing out
the questionnaire first so you can check out your answers with a friend
(or two); then copy those into the online form when you are absolutely
sure. I can only go on your answers. If you get those wrong, I will probably
be wrong with my analysis!
Send a digital photo
Your choice, of course, but if you don't, I can only work from your written
answers. And, sometimes, your perception of yourself is not always
objective. You don't see what others see about you. I have had numerous
occasions over the years when I have had to persuade a lady that she
really has green eyes when she's been absolutely convinced that they
were grey! It's probably because someone told her they were grey hundreds
of years ago when she stood in a badly-lit bus station on a cold, dank,
grey night and they were both three sheets to the wind!
A photo of you under the Christmas tree lights with Great Aunt Ethelreda
and Cousin Algernon clinging on to you for dear life is not going to
help me analyse your colours! Please send a recent, head-and-shoulders
colour photo taken in natural light (i.e. stood in the garden), preferably
without make-up on (at the least, take your lipstick off!). Attach this
digital photo to an email and send it as soon as you can. If you indicate
on the questionnaire that you are sending a photo, I will wait for that
before booking your analysis into my diary. I can only accept digital
photos by email; photo prints by post isn't an option, I'm afraid. But
feel free to email up to 5 photos if you think they will help.
Personalised analysis
Once we receive your form and photos, I will personally review your details,
and will email to you your personalised Colour Portfolio.

- Purchase your Colour Analysis and you will receive an automated email
with a link to the Colour Analysis questionnaire
- Complete the online questionnaire with your answers and press 'Send'
- Organise a recent head-and-shoulders photo of yourself
- Send an email, quoting your order
number and attach the digital photo
- I will reply by email with a date; I will book a time in my diary
to devote entirely to the analysis of your questionnaire. These will
be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have told
me that you are sending a photo, I will allocate you an appointment
only when I have received the photo email.
- I will email your completed personalised Colour Portfolio. I estimate
this to be within 15 working days of the analysis appointment above.
